H4 provided plumbing engineering for Phase 6 and Phase 7 which each included 400-bed apartment-style residences with support spaces for reception, administration, laundry, computer lounge, and multi-purpose room.  Phase 6 includes a mix of one and two bedroom apartments while Phase 7 includes one, two, and four bedroom configurations for freshman students with more cost effective, architectural finishes.
